Research Position in Centre Scholarships Loans

Scholarships Loans Economic Research Unit based at the Centre for Policy Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University is mandated to conduct macro-economic analysis, simulation modeling and analysis of case studies are based to enhance our understanding of the functions of dryland rainfed agriculture and the macro-economic contribution may be in India. PhD Scholarships Loans Student Position in Microwave Electronics

Scholarships Loans High-field SiC and GaN details combined with high thermal conductivity of SiC is the main reason for the performance of this component. Compared with traditional semiconductors such as silicon and gallium arsenide semiconductor band gap width offers a theoretical improvement on an order of magnitude. At Chalmers we are developing GaN-HEMTs for power applications and microwave sensing. The method for monolithic integration with passive devices have also been developed. The result is a technology for the manufacture of semiconductor integrated circuits monolithically wide band gap (KBD-MMIC).

We are looking for PhD students with a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics, preferably with knowledge in microwave electronics and solid state physics. Experience in one field of semiconductor processing KBD will be an important merit. You must be a good team player and have the ability to take initiative.
